Northern Sage
If you control a "Number C" monster: Send 1 "Don Thousand's Contract" you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon 3 "Number 10X" Xyz Monsters from your Extra Deck (X is any number from 1 to 7). Their effects are negated. Right, they couldn't just give him The Seventh One because that might be slightly confusing. This is really dumb. It needs a Number C and a specific Spell Card to work. Discuss.
Azuh
These cards are one of the reasons why I stopped watching ZeXal

玄魔の王
ZeXal, I'm trying really really hard not to hate you but you are not making it easy. Cards that require a Number C? Hope Ray Classic does that easily. For that, you get a +1 and 3 meaty bodies, even if they have to be specific.
The Warden
I wonder if all these stupid cards the writers are giving Vector are just an excuse for not making more than 1 extra Umbralis monster per Vector duel.
evilfusion
The plot device cards seem to be because Vector has Don Thousand's power. They're ridiculously specific, but incredibly unfair. Really, they should have just given him The Seventh One, and then a plot device card that lets him re-use it multiple times.
玄魔の王
Notably, this can summon Number Cs from that range as well due to the way Japanese lore works.

Yeah, and that is how it was used in the anime. I overlooked it can Summon regular Over-Hundred Numbers.
玄魔の王
Yeah, and that is how it was used in the anime. I overlooked it can Summon regular Over-Hundred Numbers. The only reason you'd want to is if you have a mass RUM card to use on them. Actually, now that I think about it, I'm surprised this isn't a mass Seventh One. evilfusion
The writers couldn't give Vector that much of an advantage. If C65 had 65 as an Overlay, it'd lock monster effects. If C102 had No.102, it could negate C101's effect and turn the ATK to 0. If C103 had No.103, it could burn based on the difference in original ATK of a monster. And C104 could halve LP and force a discard, something that was already somewhat done by Don Thousand's contract. It's ALREADY a huge advantage to drop out a 2900, 2800, and 3000 monster from nowhere. So yeah...if they're going to negate the effects of the Summoned monster, there's no point in giving them Overlay Units. And maybe Vector doesn't have the original Over-Hundreds, just their Chaos versions. No reason why he WOULDNT have the originals, though... evilfusion
True, he would be pushing that 15 card limit the anime doesn't acknowledge. -No.43 -No.C43 -No.58 -No.64 -No.65 -No.C65 -No.96 -No.C96 -No.102 -No.C102 -No.103 -No.C103 -No.104 -No.C104 -No.105 -No.C105 -No.106 -No.C106 No.80 and C80 is possible, too... Odds are, though, they skipped to dropping the Number Cs without a literal Rank-Up to same time without recycling 2 minutes of animation of the original Over-Hundreds appearing and then being Ranked-Up. You forgot C92. That was in Number 96's possession. And C69. Seventh One into C69 ftw? And chances are, he also has C58, as Girag probably would have ranked it up if he was given the chance, much like Alito did with #80.
