2 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up Attack Position monster your opponent controls whose current ATK is different from its original ATK; destroy that target, and if you do, draw 1 card.

3 Level 5 monsters
Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; inflict damage to your opponent equal to the difference between its original ATK and current ATK, and if you do, banish that target. When this card is destroyed while it has Xyz Material: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. You must have "Number 103: Ragna Zero" in your Graveyard to activate and to resolve this effect.

Regular form is very interesting.

I think 103 is actually awesome against Fire Fists. Either stops them from Summoning temporarily (LOLZ NO) or just getting a nice +1 draw off of the Summon.

Going into my Utopian Deck just because

Its a Number

It hurts attack gainers

STAR DRAWING + THIS= PROFIT

The C103 is also quite nice. Banishing a Fire Fist is often something they can't quite instantly recover from.

ALSO, it does NOT need 103 to use its best effect. Awesome.

Final piece I have to say. DURING EITHER PLAYERS TURN

Wow, those are actually pretty decent. Amazing? No.

And I knew they'd be in PRIO. I suspect that C102 will also be, if that hasn't been confirmed yet.

So 103 is a Quick Effect that kills a monster with ATK different from its original ATK, and draws. C103 is a Quick Effect that burns based on ATK difference and BANISHES it. I really like those effects.

Not quite, it's missing the heal effect. Though in this case I'd prefer a burn effect.

If Ragna did a burn effect on revive, it'd be pretty OP.

Okay, not entirely true, since C101 is only so awesome because it creates its own Overlay Units for its revival condition (plus that removal power), and Ragna doesn't.

But the point was that both having a revival effect if killed w/ Overlay Units and needing the original form in the Graveyard is probably an intentional parallel to indicate the sibling relationship of Nasch and Merag.

That it does. It also doubles as a nice buff, since the anime version revived its original form upon effect destruction.
