When this card you control is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Plant-Type monster, send it to the Graveyard. Otherwise, place it on the bottom of your Deck. If this card is excavated from the Deck and sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: All Plant-Type monsters you currently control gain 300 ATK and DEF.

 

And then we get this. I don't know much about the deck, but you can tell at first glance that it's not good.

Still seems terrible though.

It's bad.  Effect that excavates stuff is god awful, the effect that triggers when it's excavated is also god awful.  With good stuff like Sylvan Charity, Sagequioa, and the Sprout thingy, this card will most likely be totally ignored.

The deck is already pretty full as it is, and unfortunately this one will possibly not make the cut

 

Also Gungnir is always a nice choice, but there are better plays

A little too slow with the excavate effect, and just silly with the "when excavated" effect. It's not terrible, but unless something amazing can be done with it, it seems too much like filler.

 

The only reason I'm not declaring it beyond terrible is because Plants have an insane number of beaters that might like the +300. But other than making a beatstick more beatsticky, it is pretty meh.
