~British Soul~
Target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "C" monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) Basically a Quick-Play version of anime Argent, discuss

玄魔の王
I actually quite like this, for virtue of the fact I can now bait card effects with my RUM.

-Noel-
I think there'll be some boring restrictions for IRL, but RUM as a quick-play still awesome.

Bear, D-Prison, Bottomless, Compulse... Various effects. Only thing it doesn't fight is Tiaramisu, Oreia, and Dark Hole.
evilfusion
Battle Phase shenanigans ensue. Attack, then use this and attack with Chaos version. It's funny how simple a concept it is. A Quick-Play Rank-Up-Magic.

Dementuo
You guys realize that this will probably get the usual Type/Attribute restrictions the other RUMs got, right?
玄魔の王
You guys realize that this will probably get the usual Type/Attribute restrictions the other RUMs got, right? That's what a bunch of people said about Argent Chaos Force. Honestly, since this doesn't do anything besides RUM, an attribute restriction would be okay over a Type restriction. ACF got the Rank 5+ restriction instead just to give us something akin to Limited Barian's Force. I'd be surprised if this didn't have a type/attribute restriction. Faytl
Considering it's a quick-play, it would need a crazy specific restriction to not be worth it.

I'd be surprised if this didn't have a type/attribute restriction. Yeah, but it is able to auto ressurect itself, which is a fair trade off. And if it was any level, Limited Barians becomes obsolete. I doubt this would ever get something that bad since this has to do Number C/CXyz while Astral Force could grab any Xyz Monster in existence. Lacooda
As is: Summoner Monk into Extra Sword. Attack with 3200, then attack once more for 3200. Activate this card, make a..... anything actually. It's almost definitely gonna be an OTK. I wouldn't mind this card as a fully chainable option, as long as it restricts the multiple attack shenagigans.
evilfusion
Astral Force was a flavor thing. The Astral World rejected Chaos, so RUM-Astral Force wasn't specific to Summoning Chaos Xyz, whereas all the other Rank-Up Magics were specific to either Number C or CXyz. As such, Astral Force needed some heavy restrictions. As is: Summoner Monk into Extra Sword. Attack with 3200, then attack once more for 3200. Activate this card, make a..... anything actually. Lacooda
Oh, right. Summoner Monk suddenly needs to be Instant Fusion or Goblindberg instead. My bad. It does decrease the consistency of my combo a tad.
Βyakuya
It's gonna be nerfed if it's gonna be made into IRL since it was just Limited RUM with a Quick-Play attachment. But whatever that might be, it may be seductive enough for a number of people to ideally use.
Azuh
It'll probably only make your monster only last for one turn or something. Or have it to be only activated during your opponents turn

evilfusion
So if Quick Chaos is released as is, RUM will technically have search options. Quick Booster is actually an okay card in itself.
