Â Even it's second effect isn't impossible to realise in Monarchs because they already run the original. Â But yeah, Thelestanos will be the immediate one to watch. Airride Posted January 26, 2014 Report Share Posted January 26, 2014 Also, if you want to be realistic, Mega Caius/Zaborg/Delg/Kuraz probably won't happen, since The 2 Megas we have now are "fused" with the Dragon Rulers, and unless they merge them with the chaos dragons or soemthing stupid like that, It's proabably not going to happen. In which case, Raiza is the one to fear in monarchs (IMO), Thestalos is the one to fear the most overall, and Granmarg and Mobius can still be powerful, but not *Broken* per se.
