Jord200
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Planck-Scale During this turn, apply these effects.● Rank 3 or lower Xyz Monsters on the field gain 500 ATK and DEF.● Rank 4 or higher Xyz Monsters on the field cannot attack. Korean OCG Exclusive. Seems interesting. Not sure where to use it though. My first thought was Tanukis, but...... Anyways, discuss.
Maeriberii Haan
Meh. Kinda interesting, but still meh. Let's just talk about that Plant sylvan wannabe instead.

玄魔の王
Wait, so now they're using the option dots for multi-part effects even if you're just applying them all? I'm confused.

I'm confused.Yea, that's.... New. And also strange.Like, hypothetically, this could effect other future cards as well, and might cause some confusion with regards to what effect happens at what time. Since, you know, said bullets tend to be used in a multi-choice scenario.
Azuh
Wait, so now they're using the option dots for multi-part effects even if you're just applying them all? I'm confused. I think its the way the OCG writes the lores. I saw recently a reprint of Arcana Knight Joker on the wiki in the OCG with bullet points. Our latest print of Arcana Knight Joker has no bullet points
Goose
It would only be playable in the slightest if it were a quick play.
newhat
It would be bad as a Continuous Trap Card.
