When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, then, if this card's DEF is higher than the attacking monster's ATK, destroy that monster. An Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card on the field as Xyz Material gains this effect.
● Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle.

It's actually a rather amusing buff they did to it. Plus, considering it checks the DEF/ATK, and not the original values, you could literally play this with something like Chorus of Sanctuary/etc, to give this a wider range of what it could destroy.
I mean, as an idea...

This is a possible option in Galaxy Decks, due to being a Level 8 LIGHT monster that can be SSed in a defensive manner, especially since Galaxy Decks often have to leave their Field empty early game due to using cards like Galaxy Wizard for a key search, or only having 1 monster out that might die by card effect.

 

The "when used as Xyz Material" effect is pretty cool, but most Rank 8s don't really worry about such things. This in no way makes this card less awesome, though.

I'm gonna guess the effect doesn't stack for Xyzs. Though it'd be hilarious if a monster had 3 copies of the line "OPT can't be destroyed by battle" in it's effects.

 

Summon Feedback Warrior and use it for something that needs the protection a bit more. (just an idea)
