Zauls Posted February 20, 2014 Report Share Posted February 20, 2014 Tbh the Rank 5 cardpool is equally strong if not stronger than Rank 7, and it is certainly more versatile, Big Eye + Russian spy plane vs. Pleiades, Volcasaurus, Tiras, Adreus, Zenmaioh etc. Then there's obviously the buffs of having access to Gaia Dragon, M7 and Full Armored Crystal Zero Lancer, which are all amazing. ihop Posted February 20, 2014 Report Share Posted February 20, 2014 The thing is Dracossack basically does the same thing as Tiras, Adreus, Volca (but not quite) etc. I agree that the rank 5 cardpool is very strong but I feel that between Dracossack which is almost always good, Big Eye and their own Xyz which would obv be Rank 7 they'd be pretty good. Full Armored Crystal Zero Lancer is a 3700 ATK beater with protection and Tiger King. VolcaCharger puts damage on the board like none other. Zenmaighty busts up backrow and set monsters. I know we're talking about Artifacts here, but really forgoing Tiras for CZL is beyond pushing it. And you didn't mention Shark Fortress, which is a card that leads to all sorts of silly OTKs. It's not by any means. But it is a good lv. 1 tuner, and it's not like there's any truly good lv. 3 tuners you can search with Artifacts, anyways.
