It's technically a -1, but you often grab something worth it and give something wimpy. Guess it depends a lot on how much your opponent will have on the field at a time on average in a given format, and on how much can your opponent screw this play with Call of the Haunted or some other Summoning card. Yes it's a -1 but it leads to a lot of shenanigans if your swapping stuff like searchers n' junk, to which the outcome is always ideal for you.
