Since the loop is unattainable/bad without Hunter, I believe it's fair. Newly Limited: Dragon Rulers They're at 1 here, should have been at 1 there in the first place. Wind-Up Carrier Zenmaity This comes back, but now Hunter is gone to avoid the loop. Zenmaity in itself isn't all that broken, it's all the combos with Hunter that made it get banned. Newly Semi-Limited: Dark Armed Dragon Dangerous move, but not terrible. Test it at 2, and if it's abused, goes back to 1. Sacred Sword of Seven Stars Dragon Rulers are limited, so this can go back to 2. Newly Unlimited: Dark Strike Fighter (Errata: You can only use the effect of "Dark Strike Fighter" once per turn. It can only be activated during your Main Phase 1.) Got errata'd and is more balanced now, so I expected it to come off the list, but all the way to 3? I'd test it at 1 first. Torrential tribute I love this card, but isn't it a bit too much to put this to 3? TCG tried it at 2 and it didn't go all too well... Tour Guide From the Underworld It's at 3 here, and she's less dangerous with Sangan rotting in Yugimonz Jail, so yeah, good move. Comments in bold. It's not nearly as consistent of a deck anymore, I'll give it that. Paying all that life and then having your opponent negate with Veiler would be devastating. No, because Dragon Rulers had absolutely nothing to do with those cards being at 1. The reason they were hit in TCG was that they led to one-sided games.
