Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted March 23, 2014 Report Share Posted March 23, 2014 When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: negate the attack, then Special Summon this card in Attack Position as an Effect Monster (Fiend-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). During your Standby Phase: Banish any number of "Number" Xyz Monster from your Graveyard, and if you do, inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each monster banished by this effect , and if you do that, this card gains ATK equal to the damage inflicted. Apparently Yuma made a card with The Door that started this whole series. Sleepy Posted March 23, 2014 Report Share Posted March 23, 2014 So the huge door that started the series pointing out the main character's destiny, and being one of the remaining mysteries the show had, comes back during the last episode as a beater Trap Monster with a kinda bad effect..... On the card itself, it requires Numbers to be of any use so that's gimmicky in its own right. Given that Astral used a good amount of them during the duel [All 6 Utopia forms, 25, 32, 62, 99 (dk if this was in the graveyard at activation of this card, since episode isn't up)], it can become a beatstick that can heavily burn. If this ever gets printed (probably won't since Arc-V is near, may get edited to be regular Xyz or something instead of Numbers) This might explain why F0 has that second effect...exp Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
evilfusion Posted March 23, 2014 Report Share Posted March 23, 2014 It's symbolic. The Door is what brought the Numbers to the world. This card uses Numbers for its effect. The contract with the Door also more or less said that you'll get power, but lose what you cherish the most, and it shows that edge here by stopping you from winning (negate an attack), and then will use the Numbers to defeat you.
