I Hate Snatch Steal
If your opponent controls more monsters than you do, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Paladin of the Feral Imps" once per turn this way. If summoned this way, this card cannot inflict battle damage (but can still destroy monsters by battle). This card cannot attack the turn it is special summoned.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Can anybody say Parsec? This looks like it would be crazy useful for decks that aim for rank 8, acting like a cyber dragon that sometimes can even be summoned when you already have guys. This could even be used in Gagagas, special summoning it before normal summoning Gagaga Magician, then later banishing it for Caesar's effect. I feel that this card is downright broken, outclassing Schwarzhild in most situations. Furthermore, it is searchable by King of the Feral Imps, allowing an engine to be built. It might be wise to add a clause saying that it cannot be used as Xyz material the turn it is summoned, unless that was its original intention. Well, xyz summoning was one of the original intentions yes, and the other was having a level 8 monster that isn't a dead topdeck. I might change it to a cyber dragon esque summoning clause if enough people want that though.
USA-
"(but can still destroy monsters by battle)" Remove this line. Just make it: "Reduce to 0 every battle damage your opponent would take from a battle involving this card". Good concept though.
