Both of the finalists will create rules for a card, and the other has to make it. Rules:You can make any Card Requirements.Make only 1 Card.Give me a Grading Skill to use for your opponents card.i don't care on the grading scale. The Ruby Posted April 7, 2008 Author Report Share Posted April 7, 2008 Yup...We are in the tournament...as you can see...everyone will receive (who lost in the semi-finals) 20 Points...In the finals...2nd place receives 50 Points 2 REP's and exclusive card...while the winner of the tournament receives 100 points, 4 REP's, signature honor, and an exclusive card...
