Toffee.
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Star_Seraph_ScepterWhen this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Star Seraph" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Star Seraph Scepter". An Xyz Monster that was Xyz Summoned using 3 or more monsters you control as Xyz Materials (including this card on the field) gains this effect.● When this card is Xyz Summoned: Target 1 other card on the field; destroy that card, and if you do, draw 1 card. This card fascinates me. Like, Scepter is basically the only good card in the deck. Sovereign is cool and all, but Scepter just does so much more. It sets up your Scouts/Sovereigns and rewards you for playing the Archetype like your supposed to; Going out of your way to make 3-Material Rank 4s. Add to it, because it lacks a Once-per-turn clause(it's silly), you can play numerous copies per turn, and just rake in all the advantage you want. But, you know, by the end of the day it's still Star Seraphs....Also, it's been about a week. So this topic is fair game.Discuss.
Maeriberii Haan
from all the things that could have an OPT clause, why not this? whyyy
Bringerofcake
Basically everything that arms said and more. Scepter more or less rebuilt seraphs and gave them a LOT to work with. That special summon clause is what really hits the mark though.
Slinky
Summoner Monk --> Sceptor, chain Soverign, search another Soverign, go into 104/Deltatheros/Disigma/Ouroboros. Sceptor goes off, then use Theros/disigma/ouroboros and just let the plus's pile up.

newhat
For an archetype staple the art is pretty bad. 'Specially the perspective on the "tail". While I'm on the subject, the little spikes at the foot of Scales are superfluous. Look at them. What the hell.
