Maybe banish Psychics could retrieve him if you wanna use the Teleport as bait during your opponent's turn just to mess-up the draw. It also sounds like a sudden "come at me bro" if Honest was teched there, which I take it's probably not but still.... Xyzs I suppose.... I'm not sure what Watt support would really like it.
