Cannot be destroyed by battle. This card can attack your opponent directly. During the Battle Phase: You can discard this card to target 1 face-up "Core" monster; its ATK is doubled until the End Phase.

I'm thinking about making a set based around "Core" cards, though I decided to post this card in single card discussion due to the fact that it can possibly be used in other decks due to it's battle protection effect.

Just a thing of note: I did read the rules, but I'm not up to date on what may be considered OP/good/bad in OCG or TCG.  I based this card on stuff like marshmallon and spirit reaper which I knew to be good way-back-when.  All I'm saying is that I might need a little bit more explination if you think my card is good/bad.

Thanks!

In the future, don't use attachments; instead, copy/paste the IMG code from the generator. Also, it'll help if you post the card lore underneath so we can fix your OCG mistakes in the future.

This card cannot be destroyed by battle. This card can attack your opponent directly. During the Battle Phase: You can discard this card; target 1 "Core" monster on the field, and if you do, double its ATK.

For the most part, this is essentially a Honest/Blackwing - Kalut for "Core" monsters; also note that it works with Big Core and MK-II.

In terms of the doubling ATK, I'd put a limiter on it [the above listed cards have their boosts return to normal after damage is calculated]; in this case, do it until the End Phase.

First effect is nice to block it from dying, however note that card removal is common in the form of 101 and the like.

In any case though, you should post the rest of your "Cores".

Thanks for the input!  I didn't mention that secondary "Honest" effect in my original post simply because it only worked for "Cores" and I hadn't posted any yet.

I also was not expecting the Big Core and the MK-2 cards.  They wouldn't directly benefit the Core playstyle I was picturing, but they could be usable, so I'm not going to exclude them from the benefit of Coric's effect.  Thanks again!

So far this doesn't seem like a problematic card. You made a good choice by using an old bully card as the standard for a new balanced one.
