Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted May 19, 2014 Report Share Posted May 19, 2014 Going by Smogon tier status (as of Gen 5): Salamence: OU Altaria: NU Oshawott: LC Don't really like Oshawott (his final evo is cool though); Altaria has Dragon Dance but not sufficient strength to wield it.
