Degritone
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by sending 1 face-up "Elemental HERO Neos" and 1 face-up "Yubel" you control to the Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card battled an opponent's monster: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the monster it battled, and you gain Life Points equal to that monster's DEF.

This card cannot be destroyed by battle. He can be extremely powerful when you pull him off (as seen in my sig,) but it's not exactly easy. You'll lose more games than you win trying to get this guy out, but it's always fun when you do, especially if your opponent starts panicking. Get around his weakness to battle with something like Fighting Spirit, and his only weaknesses are bouncing and banishing. In other words, I hate you Madolches, BLS, D-Prison, and everything else (relatively) common around the tier you'll be facing off against with him. Degritone
Koreans have the better version of this card Because its a Fusion Monster That is actually a misprint, my good sir, and only some packs had it as such.
evilfusion
Yeah, this card should have been a Fusion monster. By actually requiring this card in the Main Deck, and needing to Tribute Neos and Yubel from the Field to Summon it from the hand...it just drastically hurt this card's playability. It is a cool card, though.

Neochu-H
neos wiseman is awesome, nuff sed. but if it was a fusion then i'd always have it no matter what though. (thats how easy it would be to summon)
Wildflame
Yeah, he's a cool guy. Summoning conditions are the only thing about it that sucks.

Never had trouble pulling him off when he gets into my hand, but the problem is (usually) finding him.
heraldry_lord
This guy not being a Fusion is one of the things in this game that legitimately pisses me off.

~British Soul~
I once had the satisfaction of compulsing this and then I got called a 'fun killer' That must've been fun...*gunned down* The worst part about this card is that it actually was a Fusion monster in the anime, and it should've stayed that way in TCG/OCG.
