Azuh
Hmmm. I dont think that using that Monarch support would be counter intuitive. If you use Return of the Mobarchs, you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck but you'll be searching cards from your Deck almost every turn. If your opponent gets rid of Return, you'll slap him in the face next turn by Pendulum Summoning from the Extra Deck... Interesting
Maeriberii Haan
And Storm Forth, while locking you from the extra that turn, provides an out to Egrystal and other pesky things that can cockblock them.

True fact, not to mention of course maintaining your own board presence by not having to sack 2 of your monsters
Lonk
Holy crap! You can run both Foucault and Tool if you're using Summoner's Art. Then, you can control whether you want to use Return of the Monarchs.
Maeriberii Haan
On the fun side of things, you can tech Entermate Trampolynx to enable Xyz plays if you're already using OEPD in this deck.

If that's your only reasoning you'd be better off running double cyclone, because pendulums don't replace themselves like field spells. You need to destroy them or wait for them to be destroyed first.
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
TBH, I want to build this deck. Just for laughs. Oh... and what if they released Xyz for this archetype?
-Noel-
TBH, I want to build this deck. Just for laughs. Oh... and what if they released Xyz for this archetype? That's quite counterproductive for the deck's concept since Xyz Materials will go to the Graveyard instead of Extra Deck.

But yeah, a synchro or fusion monster would be slightly more logical. Maybe contact fusion? Edit: oooh contact fusion that can use the pendulum zones could be great, actually. Free up space in the pendulum zones and generating more fodder...

SirReal
Tool looks to be not only an annoying recurring 2800 defender but also note that it searches Qliphoth cards not just monsters. All the named spell/trap support is available through 1 card with no real cost!
Blake
Kuraz is always going to benefit you unless you're bricking hard, hard, HARD. Seems liek a 2-of.Return can search anything in the deck, but seems risky to plop down. Unless you searched Kuraz for drawing or alreadyhad Kuraz, which is worth it, you restrict your ability to pendulum after if you can't remove it by your net turn. I know Return was mentioned already, but wanted to rehash it. Ain seemed to like it well enough, though.Another tech idea that seems decent. You can throw your hand on the board in the form of backrow + pendulums then drop this guy to swing and draw. Seems like a 0-1 tech card, but a cute idea nonetheless. Def run 2 Kuraz before this at all, though, seeing as it's still a 2 trib mon and thus more likely to brick on you. Kurtz just gives the deck so many options you wouldn't have access to otherwise. Yamato literally loves Qliphoths and he just lets you always have a full hand to work with.
