Neither player can Set more than once per turn. ATK 0 DEF ? well for 5D's Manga it has its own playable version of the crimson dragon which to say is awesome specially since it can put your opponent in a tight spot with multiple trap cards in hand and this only allowing either play to set 1 card a turn.
