Just so you know, the only monster(s) that can even make this card are either Turbo Cannon or Phonon Dragon with its effect.

With that said, summoning either of them already results in 2-3 card loss , so why would you want to waste 6+ cards to summon both of the Synchros needed, just to summon this card? You're better off just using the Synchros for other things [especially since former is almost never seen].

This card's effect really does nothing useful, especially considering the effort in summoning said Synchros and also that many other Rank 3 options out there are significantly better than this card (effects, stats and most of all, ease of summoning). All it does is summon a Token.

I'd advise scrapping the effect/Xyz materials and design a new one. Just make it 2 Level 3 monsters and give it something that actually can be useful.

As it is now, it's severely outclassed.

I am going to assume you meant to say "2 level 3 Monsters". If you meant Synchro monsters then it's utterly worthless.

Two level 3s is really easy to come by, so it would be no problem getting it out. I don't know how useful it will be however. You need to give up two monsters for one or two fodder tokens and a weak monster. There are plenty of other better token generators.

And I don't think there's a rule about white borders, but it does look much better if you give it a better image.

Thanks for the feedback. The image will be done later when I have more time, this one is to give you an idea of what it could look like.

I made this card to be in a token based deck. Only 1 or 2 monsters in the whole thing, spells summon tokens and revive the tuner. Then you Synchro them  and use the Synchros to make the Xyz's. I could scrap the "Synchro" part and still use them I suppose.. add 2 tokens rather than 1 and should I raise the ATK and DEF then?

Yeah, you should scrap the Synchro part.

It might work in this card idea of yours, but otherwise, nothing else.

Making more Tokens SSed by this effect may be a good idea; you could use them as more Synchro fodder or something. As it stands, Number 64 outclasses it in summoning tokens (as they are stronger). You might want to buff the tokens so they're a bit stronger.

As for the image, as far as I can recall (even probably back to 2009 or something), there has been no such rule that card pics cannot be black/white; just that you need to have a pic for this part of RC.

Do find that rule for me.

Well now that I've found it its actually not a rule but in a tutorial.

Okay. Don’t press that X button in the right top corner. It’s better to spend 20 minutes on reading than being kicked out of here. I said it. If you don’t listen and go on with making your cards with no backgrounds, that’s fine by me......

Pin: This thing is horrid. First, the pic is extremely overused, and doesn’t have a background. Then, it’s a LV 1 monster that has 9999 ATK, and while its Template is that of a Normal Monster, it has an effect saying…what? Its OCG (Official Card Grammar) is horrid, but seems a bit like “This card can only be summoned by tributing three dragon-type monsters”. Okay, seriously. I’ve had enough of this bulls***. 0/10.
