Blake
TyphoonNormal TrapTarget 1 face-up Spell/Trap Card on the field; destroy it. If your opponent controls 2 or more Spell/Trap Cards and you control no Spell/Trap Cards, you can activate this card from your hand. It is to MST as Veiler is to BTS, basically. Also:“2. No Tribute Monsters. Tribute Monsters were the focus of BP2, so we’re shifting to a new experience this time. The only exception is the new Level 6 Stegocyber card. Stegocyber can revive itself from the Graveyard, though, so you can use it for a discard cost and still get it on the field without Tributing. So it’s only a partial exception.”
Maeriberii Haan
Yay qlipoth answer Also stegocyber sounds promising as a level 6 fodder ala rulers.
evilfusion
"Hi, I kill Pendulums". Card's actually really interesting, but it can only hit face-up S/Ts, so it's a bit more restricted than MST, despite the cool ability to play it from the hand. Azuh
Meh. Rather just play MST or Dust Tornado tbh

newhat
It has a similar use to Veiler: it stops the opponent even after they've cleared your backrow and are feeling confident. It's a lot more conditional and not a Tuner.
Miror B
Shoulda made it negate.
Expelsword
Shoulda made it negate. Costless negation of any Spell or Trap? Might be a little overpowered, there.
Zauls
Shoulda made it negate. Yeah like its mystical brother from space.
Just Crouton
So, if I'm reading this right, you can play it from the hand on your opponent's turn?
Lonk
Wow, playing it from your hand... you know what else you can play from your hand? Too easy. And yes, this card's going to see play in the Side Deck because it can fornicate your opponent over on their first turn.

Only if they play continuous or field cards and decide to play multiple turn
Lonk
Only if they play continuous or field cards and decide to play multiple turn 1 Or, you know, set Pendulum Scales.
