There's also Kong, but he doesn't matter. While Scraps would be one of the better (if not the best) Deck for this card due to extra plusses for your monster being destroyed, it doesn't really beat the free "recycle Chimera" effect that a lot of them give you for popping it with a Scrap card. Plus, this card only works on Beast and Orthros (you hardly ever want to pop Chimera, he's your way of digging into the Extra Deck most of the time), so it can be dead quite often. Cover this card in my next update. Agreed regarding CB's boucing a monster back to the Deck is more useful then to say the hand. Its like a mini Tiaramisu.
