dizzyshot
It could be. People could use these in order to get out a Blue Eyes White Dragon and do who knows what with it. All though from what I can gather Vanillas are basically nothing within the game now and days. To counter the potential Blue Eyes spam add some effect where they have to pay something like Life Points or cards.

Philemon
Judgment Dragon is now searchable without any gimmicky methods? How about no. Was there a ruling that said J-Dragon was a normal monster? Must have missed that. Given the formatting of the Spell Card part, is it meant to be a Normal Spell or Quick-Play? I think it's fine as a Normal Spell, brings out Hieratics and Blue-Eyes and sets up more combos. Very plain picture and effect, I'd recommend finding something more radiant for the picture. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Armz, think you missed the Normal Monster restriction of the effect. JD can't be searched with this, however if it did lack that clause, it WOULD be broken in Lightsworns or some other LIGHT Decks that rely on getting their boss monsters to the hand. As it is right now, it's a generic searcher for any LIGHT Normal monster; obvious answers include getting Blue-Eyes out in Decks dedicated to it or some random Seal of the Sun Overlord in Hieratics. While I'm talking about Hieratics, this card essentially gives them another way to get a Vanilla LIGHT to the hand and Special Summon them when one of them gets Tributed; leading for Xyz fodder (which will probably be some Level 6 or 8 things for their bosses and all). In other Decks however, this wouldn't do too much as the rest of the Normal LIGHTs aren't very significant to the game. LS can't use it because all of their members have effects. In the two examples however, it'll do quite a bit in searching out key monsters. An OPT clause would be helpful in this case, though at the moment, I don't see many Decks that can capitalize on this, other than the aforementioned ones. Excalibur the Divine
I know a use for this card: This card, get blue eyes or some other high level monster, then use Ancient Rules to Special summon it. It can be used in Blue eyes decks, together with Ancient rules to get blue eyes. Because usually people use dragon shrine to get Blue eyes to grave, then summon blue eyes using silvers cry or generic summoning cards. I'd I had this card and it could be used, I'd use dragon shrine, send blue eyes then red eyes darkness metal dragon to grave, call of the haunted or other revival red eyes darkness metal dragon, use red eyes darkness eff to summon blue eyes from grave, activate this card, ancient rules, overlay galaxy eyes tachyon, trap stun, tachyon detach, attack. Or if they had a facedown I would keep the two blue eyes. I Dont know of other combos with this, anybody know some other combos with this card? AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Blue-Eyes is already supported by Maiden though, who is pretty much bound to go off (bar the random BTS). BEWD is dead in the hand, and if you run Ancient Rules to make it less dead, then Ancient Rules is dead in the hand. But anyway, this card's search options are vast, but most of them are right at useless. BEWD has 3k ATK, but doesn't care about this as it has better support. You have a Tuner in Galaxy Serpent, though that matters little. You also have Alex Dragon and Dunames/Artog/Xheadcannon for Level 4 beaters, which at best creates a casual LIGHT vanilla beatdown Deck ft. Reptile Engine (which lets you go Chaos, provided you are able to run more DARKs in the Main that aren't Kageto and actually work with the Deck). Outside of that, the other vanillas are pretty much worthless. Vanillas have two "draw-2" cards, which basically lets you +0 through your Deck using brickheaded beaters, but there are just better things to consider for a Deck. Excalibur the Divine
Also, (mods I already gave a review above, so don't get excited) OCG fix: Add 1 LIGHT Normal Monster from your Deck to your hand. Basically only capitalized deck for you ^_^
