Could this work in shaddolls with the discard as well (not that they have much to play it against in the TCG; maybe a relatively good anti-Qliphort cad for them?) I saw that as well, but even then despite the fact the only pic we have of it is in spansih, "Estrella" translates to Star and "ruina" translates to ruin. It's effect is too slow to hit any of the good Pendulum-based Decks and it's effect is a temporary stop. Honestly, it would have been better as a Quick Effect.
