The Necloth of Red-Eyes
lv 7 Dark
Warrior/Ritual/Effect
You can Ritual Summon this card with a "Necloth" Ritual Card. This card must be Ritual Summoned by tributing non-Level 7 Monsters, this card cannot be summoned any other way. You can only use 1 of "The Necloth of Red-Eyes" effects once per turn and only once that turn. When your opponent activates 2 Spell cards during their turn: destroy all other monsters on the feild after the second Spell cards effect resloves. When this card is sent to the graveyard: add 1 "Necloth" Ritual Spell card or "Necloth" Ritual Monster from your deck to your hand.
ATK/2400 DEF/2000

Just because Lord of the Red is a thing and Necloths could reinvent this :P

Um. Necloths can't reinvent this =|

The flavor's terrible enough to not care about the card in any way, shape, or form.

Necloth are from the DT Universe, as seen by the fact they're trishula and (rumored) catastor armored.

Red-Eyes is in no way a DT Universe character, meaning that it is awful, awful, AWFUL flavor that should be discounted.

Not to mention that the effect is really weird and doesn't make sense in flavor to OG Red-Eyes.

In fact, this has no flavor. It's only a Red-Eyes in name.

I know Red-Eyes is not a DT universe card. All it was in terms of refferance with a card Lord of the Red (a Ritual Monster) which Joey used which in form pretty much gave him Red-Eyes armour along with the effect with the 2 Spells.

You could take this opportunity to make a better version of said Ritual instead of reinventing it as Necloth.

For instance, the effect could be better. It only discourages the opponent from using 2+ Spells in a turn, but if he/she has no monsters to lose or doesn't care about losing them, the effect becomes pointless. On the other hand, an straight "Your opponent can only use 1 Spell Card per turn" effect would be much more effective. You could further improve it by locking the opponent's Traps.

In addition, one of the perks of Necloths is that apparently they will get hand-trap effects that make them live even if you don't have a Ritual Spell at hand. You could follow their example and give this a hand-trap effect as well, replacing its current floating effect.

And you could make a better version of "Red-Eyes Transmigration" for this card, with similar, if not the same, summoning conditions as Necloth Exomirror, instead of using Necloth Ritual Spells. As an idea, milling a Dragon + a Warrior as Tributes, similar to ARA, would be neat without being broken in my opinion. Also, the new generation of Rituals comes with a second effect, so it would be good if you added a second effect on the Ritual too.

Taking Necloths as reference/inspiration is fine, but turning this into a Necloth (when Red-Eyes is not even a DT monster) is not.
