Wildflame
It's good, yes. Just remember to use it smartly against Shaddolls, chainable stuff everywhere.
Aerion Brightflame
The key is that blind MST is really bad now but smart MST is really good now Blind MST has been bad for a very very long time. Hell, Blind MST has almost never been a good play. It only pays off if you get lucky, and getting luck isn't the game thing as playing smart. I also doubt the card by itself is enough S/T removal in upcoming formats. Especially since Vanity is really good atm.
Toffee.
They should nerf this card. It negates Tenki/Tenku/Tool/etc. what about meI assume this is still a good card in Yu-Gi-Oh! though. Sleepy
Remember when this card was limited and Konami tried to create an alternative that required it be Chain link 3 or higher? I find it interesting how I always realized what the issues with this above 1 meant back in the day, yet how meaningless this card is nowadays unless you use it at the right time, even if you could main any number of copies above 3, it wouldn't change much now. goddamnit names are a pain
I have never understood how a blind MST is considered "always bad" If you're completely stupid and wait until your turn to do it and pick 1/3 without even knowing the deck, then yes, it is bad. If you wait til they Set 1, and do it during their turn…how exactly is that "bad" Hell, how is it bad regardless if you use it before they can actually play the darn card? Sure, it could be saved for a continuous/field spell, but you never know that's going to even happen. Granted, sometimes it does pay for you to chain that MST to an opponent's xD But yes, staple card is staple card.

Sure, it could be saved for a continuous/field spell, but you never know that's going to even happen. Granted, sometimes it does pay for you to chain that MST to an opponent's xD But yes, staple card is staple card. It's not per say "bad". Some ways of using it are better than others depending on the format and/or situation individually. If your opponent did set a card in the backrow and ended, and you have a way to make a push on your upcoming turn, that is a respectable play to have. However, if you do not have said push or feel you need to grind the game a little further before doing said push, you should hold on to it. There's also the problem of bluffs, as said above. Not to mention your opponent setting more than a single card, potentially making you rely on hitting the lucky prize or wasting it. Besides, there are less chainable cards nowadays, so the End Phase play is not as necessary compared to its other uses. I personally like saving mine if possible for when my opponent plans on making something powerful that MST could do something about, like disrupting a Pendulum against Qliphoths, or getting rid of Continous Spell/Traps (Tenki, Decree, Call of the Haunted, Skill Drain, Fiendish Chain, Whirlwind, Supply Squad, etc). Though one can't use it like that at all times, it really depends on what the other player is doing or planning. Blind MST was probably the most relevant at some point where Heavy Storm was still legal and players still had the need to conserve part of the backrow in their hand (so pre Dragon Rulers eras I suppose)... J-Max
The beauty of this card is that is has so so many uses. Makes great bait for your opponent to try and destroy, can be activated in respinse to being destroyed, netting you a Spell or Trap they have. Quick Play is just the icing on a very delightful Strawberry covered cake. I mostly always run this at two or three.
