CFO is an online website similar to Dueling Network where you can play the Cardfight Vanguard TCG online without any downloading necessary. It is still recently released, so there'll still be issues. Unsure as of yet about how to contact the creator of the site, but issues are being ironed out as we speak. Where can I find it? Like how many level 0's do you have and how does it work??
