(GigaDrillBreaker)
Destroy 1 face-up Plant-Type monster on the field and draw 1 card. If that card is a Plant-Type monster, you can reveal it to your opponent and draw 1 more card This card has an incredible synergy with Ivy Shackles, Black Garden, DNA Surgery, Seed of Flame, Tree of Life, and various other cards. In my terrible black garden turbo deck, this can consistently net me plusses, and comboes with Seed of Flame to let me reuse Lonefire. Discuss this, and its strength in conjunction with other cards. Toffee.
Could also be pro and side it against Sylvans.Could be even more pro if used in a Sylvan mirror match, and you just-so-happen to get that extra draw.
~Faytl~
OH SH*T IT DESTROYS ANY- This COULD be a decent side against Sylvans. Would be better side if it were a quick-play, though, so you could snipe their Lonefire Blossoms when they Miracle Fertilizer them.
玄魔の王
Would be much better as a Quick-Play. Sylvans generally end the turn with a Synchro and Xyz on board, neither of which are Plants. They have Stardust and Felgrand to shut this down. If they've Oreia'd you, you're too far behind to do anything.
newhat
Plants in general have two defining features: spamming, and being used as fodder to Summon non-Plants. This stops neither.
Goose
it's not really a good side against sylvans since sidding against sylvans is a waste of 3 side deck spots especially for something that doesnt do much
(GigaDrillBreaker)
I think this card really is best when hitting your own things/tokens you put on opponent's field. Hitting a plant and drawing a plant makes it a +2. That surpasses pot of greed.
