There's a reason most of the "Overlay Regen" effects have either crippling stipulations or grab the Materials from somewhere other than the Graveyard. Say you're playing Shadolls (I haven't seen MANY Shadoll players use Xyz a lot, but it could happen and it's just a hypothetical situation). Boom, now you can put the two Shadolls in your grave you most want to go off onto your Xyz. You want a reviver and some s/t destruction? Just grab Falcon and Dragon, slap em on your Xyz. You can't compare a Rank 5 to a Level 5 ._. Rank 4a are often Level 6-7 synchro equivalent, so that's a terrible comparison. Also, this card isn't even good. Because your point started as "Xyz are limited use", then apparently changed halfway through. Pleiades is comparable to a specific level 8, not a generic level 5, so your comparison fails. They can still be translated Rank X to Level Y in terms of power. Like I said, Pleiades is like a Level 8 specific Synchro. Maybe even level 9 specific. But that doesn't say anything about this card. It's not restocking them 24/7, it's not searchable, it's easily a dead draw...
