Glow-Up to one is kinda dumb, Ceasefire to 2 in...unnecessary, RotA to 3 is questionable. Looks pretty OK other than that. Oh, and Gorz to 2 probably won't matter that much, but is still dumb. Seriously, though, I think RotA to 3 is probably the derp-iest move of the list, outside of Raigeki. Soul Charge was hit, which was good. Super Poly is a decent enough hit. Surprised Tour Guide wasn't brought to 2, and surprised by Wolfbark going to 3 but happy with it as a dedicated Fire Fist player. REALLY would'a liked a hit on Vanity's Emptiness, but whatever. Glow-up Bulb has no reason getting off of the list either. Gorz moving up won't hurt much, but I still don't like it. Soul Charge needed to be hit, but now it's just another Monster Reborn staple. Super Poly was a bit unexpected, but I guess they wanted to hit Shaddolls without hitting Shaddolls. Skill Drain and Emptiness is still untouched >.> Rota to 3...well I don't like this one bit either. Warriors shouldn't be getting that type of consistency without everything else getting it as well. Your reasoning with the gamestate being bad being relevant to Raigeki is sort of…wrong. There were other cards hit/changed that are far worse. It rewards you for losing and punishes the opponent for winning. It's best when you're low on advantage and they're high on it, in theory, and it punishes players for daring to do well. That's not remotely well designed, especially given that it doesn't actually divert OTKs from being attempted. Yeah, it'll save you from one on occasion, but that's about it. OTKs will still be OTKs. Everything floats or can be instantly recovered these days, so Raigeki's only purpose is to help OTKs now. Drain is flat negation that Qliphoths is going to abuse to hell and back since we don't have the removal or soft negation OCG has. Drain and Vanity at 3 is going to be hell this coming format. I wouldn't mind it if everyone could use Rota, but they can't. Warriors getting that advantage over everything else in the game is ridiculous to me. It's only calling attention to how wrongly pompous you are. Furthermore, using the OCG as an argument, one again, onyl calls attention to how wrong you are. If the TCG for YGO is a terrible game (hint, it is) the OCG is 10x worse. This is a fact. I'm not struggling against him. I'm not even denying that he won't have an impact, which you conveniently overlooked. The fact that he's a terrible design that is harmful to the game doesn't change the impact he will have. Is there a real reason Deneb or anything in Satellas weren't hit? I mean, they aren't Tier 1 (are they…?), but Stratos somewhat/technically at 6 is a bit annoying.
