-kyo-
Each player chooses 1 Level 4 or lower monster from their Deck and Special Summons it to their opponent's side of the field. Your opponent chooses the battle positions of these monsters. now,how to abuse this? please discuss
Lonk
hands and other floaters. 'nuff said.
Kingdom Xathers
... why on earth is this a Continuous Spell Card? From how it's worded, you only get the effect once, and nothing happens to the Special Summoned monsters if it leaves the field. It just... sits on the field afterwards? Darj
But Hands would fizzle because they are not under your possession; Yang Zings would fizzle as well. Other floaters such as T.G. or Burning Abyss would do the trick, though. Or you could be silly and Special Summon Flying "C" to harm the opponent. Sleepy
Scrap Searcher is an option. Or those 1900 to 2400 ATK Level 4 beaters that self destruct and burn their controller when a certain condition isn't met.

Lonk
Someone in the art department is a Jiraya fan. Considering that Yu-Gi-Oh! and Naruto are both Shonen, it doesn't surprise me that this reference was made.
👀 REP 👀
Chainsaw Insect could be useful with this card for draw power. The main issue I see with running cards like Chainsaw Insect or Giant Kozaky is that if you draw them they're dead draws since it has to be from your Deck to be summoned by this card. Except Chainsaw Insect is a Level 4 2k+ with no Summon Restriction and combos with Appropriate.
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Except Chainsaw Insect is a Level 4 2k+ with no Summon Restriction and combos with Appropriate. Except Appropriate will most likely be completely dead without Chainsaw Insect in about everything, needs Chainsaw Insect to give your opponent a card before it even starts working, and drawing into and using Chainsaw Insect yourself is a trap because of all of the plusses your opponent can get out of it. Really, the draw is so powerful that even Goblins and Table Fighter Lei Lei are better. OT: It's essentially a weird Foolish for both players in due time since the monsters that get Summoned won't last long. That alone makes this card far too risky for playing for my taste. Neutrality Man
Activate Illegal Summon. Choose the most powerful valid card you can. Your opponent chooses a pathetic pile of filth thinking (s)he can just beat you to death with your own key card. Activate Remove Brainwashing / Owner's Seal. Oh look, a combo less rewarding than your first one, and Remove Brainwashing/Owner's Seal are even more situational than Appropriate would ever be. As for the opponent's monster, it's more likely going to be a floater or something they want Foolished instead of their weakest possible card. Neutrality Man
At least I'm coming up with ideas.
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Ok, here are ideas: Give your opponent Gwenhwafar. Or Bujingi Hare/Turtle/Quilin and slaughter them all with Susan. Zombies could use it with Pyramid Turtle if they have another, ram them together, and get two Endless Decays out. Except PyrTurt's reliance on battle destruction hurts it, BTS makes Endless cry, and Endless is really dead in the hand. Boxers can use Glassjaw for a TWRA; Heraldics could use Leo for a RotA (if they for some reason can't get Leo to go off that turn anyway). Like I said, you generally want to give your opponent something that would float for you, or something you want to use Foolish on, and this card's playability is hurt because it lets your opponent in on this as well. Not the best ideas, I'm sure, but the good plays with this card will probably be something like one of these.
