evil cucumber
The " 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters" part is missing. I guess this would be this card's lore (OCG fixed): " 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters Only Ritual, Fusion and Synchro monsters can declare an attack." Very simple. I dont like this card becuz it only negates Xyz and normal monsters' attacks. Most of Xyz monsters dont need to attack to gain advantage upon you. And looking at the other level 8 synchros, i doubt someone would save 1 space for this card when there are better options. 5/
Flash Flyer - Sakura
As already stated, the general Synchro requirements are missing; you need to add them. That being said, it's essentially an attack lock that affects everything except 5Ds Extra Deck things (and Rituals). Most regular Deck (including Pendulums) and Xyz are blocked, but the existence of 101, Exciton Knight and other common Xyz that are used makes that point moot; they can just get over this by absorption or flat-out destruction. As a Level 8, stats are fine but effect-wise, sorely outclassed by other things. For suggestions, you could retain the attack locking effect but make it targeting for any monster, and also negate its effects for a short time period (perhaps until your opponent's next End Phase). You need to make this card stand out among the other options available; why should we run this card over stuff like Stardust, Scrap Dragon and so on? OctavioVBR
Card fixed. Keep the ideas coming, i quite like the suggestion, but i want a way to balance the effect to suit a Ritual and Fusion deck without making it overpowered, anyone think of something like that? (GigaDrillBreaker)
So are we going to ignore the fact that this stops Qliphorts from attacking? I think that is relevant. This actually shuts down a lot of things right now, and I don't think you all are giving it enough credit. Of course, the issue is that it doesn't really accelerate your win condition at all, making it nothing more than an, albeit effective, stall card.
