Ultravires
Pendulum Moratorium Quick-Play Spell ➀: This turn, cards in the Pendulum Zones cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects, also when any opponent's card effect resolves that targeted a card(s) in the Pendulum Zones at activation, negate that effect. Maeriberii Haan
Is this a side-deck option for Qlips? Not sure about the other usage, but yeah.
Slinky
GG Side deck. Qliphorts can no longer be sided against regarding their Tool.

Wizarus
To ensure the Konami's top decks stay top decks of course. They don't want rouge to be competitive, we saw this the moment they unbanned Raigeki.

Northern Sage
ASF should not be affected, should it? Losing arrow as an optimal side hurts, though.
Βyakuya
Oh lord of mercy Qliphoths have a side deck that already consists of just 3 copies of one card: This one. Well what do we have to do now? -1 to banish it or maybe even...bounce it? *shudders*
Spinny
What interests me is the art. is it just me or does the thing swaying look like a kind-of Ancient gear... It might be possible that we see some machine-orientated pendulums. As for the card itself, seriously why did they do that for qlips, they didnt need it in the first place and now they are even less sideable against >.>

The rings on the top look like those on Stargazer and Timegazer Magician, but it doesn't look like Yuya's pendant. But I think now it's just a generic art. Slinky
Furthermore, this is an in-built out to various decks. If a stray Icarus Attack targets a Pendulum (when Raid Raptors eventually become a thing, which you know they will), it just fully nullifies the effect. Also fully says "lolnope" to Baxia too if they happen to target one of your pendulums.
Ultravires
This card is actually awful since it is not a play to win card. The only thing that will fix Qliphort is something that makes up for popped Tools or let's you see more Tools more often.
evilfusion
The thing that interests me is this is actually a card that, unlike Safe Zone and other anti-targeting effects, actually stops things that targeted if you chained to that effect.
