Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted October 26, 2014 Report Share Posted October 26, 2014 I bought Power Tool Dragon's tin in anticipation for this thing to be released as a promo; it never happened. * madface * Then again, it's not like I have an efficient Rua.dek to use it at its peak (with multiple Equips). The Tuner distinction doesn't do much; only reason it's relevant is because it made the other Signer Dragons Level 1 for the purpose of Limit Over Accel into Quasar in anime.
