ems97
Okay so I tried making a DARK Level 12 Synchro like Quasar and I had a lot of time to think and try not make things go crazy so I end up with this. If there is anything I should fix, a help would be appreciate. [spoiler=Effect] 1 Tuner Synchro Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters Must be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card can attack twice during each Battle Phase. When this card attacks a target on the field: That target is not destroyed by battle, and if it does, it loses equal to half of its ATK and DEF. Other monsters you control cannot attack except for DARK monsters. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a card effect is activated: Send the top card from your Deck to the Graveyard, negate that activation, and if you do, destroy it. When this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 Level 8 or lower DARK Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck, but it cannot attack until your next turn. TheEternalWinter
Make it synchro summon and ignore summon conditions to buff it up a bit

Darj
To be honest, I don't think the game needs nor deserves another Quasar, which automatically makes this card bad (at least for the game). I suggest to simply scrap the card's concept of a DARK opposite of Quasar, because if you make it weaker than Quasar, no one will play it as Quasar will be better; and if you make it better, then most likely will end up overpowered (a card stronger than Quasar? How about no?).

Darj
You are right. It is not good enough for the metagame nowadays. But it is virtually a walking win condition that rewards degenerate decks like Synchro Spam. That's how it is unhealthy for the game in my opinion. Win Condition would imply it wins....oh wait it doesn't
Darj
Win Condition would imply it wins....oh wait it doesn't I think your logic is a bit off here. To put an example, let's take Exodia: It may not a top tier deck nor have a big impact on the metagame, but it is still a win condition. The same applies to Quasar. And really, if you are not winning with a 4000-ATK double attacker that negates anything OPT, you most likely are doing something wrong.
AncientGearGeneral
This would be OP on lightsworns. A free mill to negate an effect? Sheesh, plus we have Michael as a free synchro material.
Marco Polo
Win Condition would imply it wins....oh wait it doesn't "it doesn't" lol. what are you trying to say besides implying you're top notch YGO player? "ah this puny quasar, garbage garbage" ~whatisthisidon'teven Quasar wins, I'm not sure which planet you're coming off.

Armoire
Nope, I'm a OCG player. That still does not defend the fact that Quasar is a win condition due to its omnipotent negation and multiple-attacking ability. Now, focusing on this this card. It is a DARK counterpart to Shooting Quasar Dragon. Almost exactly identical, except with added on restrictions and costs. Unfortunately, this takes away from the card's potential already, because it's competing with another card already. However, Quasar outclasses this for a few of reasons: Quasar takes the same amount of effort to summon, but Quasar has 4000 ATK Quasar can potentially attack more than twice Quasar negates without a cost (arguably a disadvantage compared to this card) Quasar does not restrict other monsters with a different attribute from attacking I suggest to completely scrap the idea of Nexus End Dragon being just another Quasar and make it do something else completely. Get rid of the negation ability (or tone it down to only when the card is targeted) and perhaps make it easier to summon with a requirement of a DARK Tuner and a Synchro Monster (so it still fits the whole DARK theme). I do like this part of the effect : This card can attack twice during each Battle Phase. When this card attacks a target on the field: That target is not destroyed by battle, and if it does, it loses equal to half of its ATK and DEF. because it is something that was not copy/pasted from Quasar Dragon (despite attacking twice) but still gives it enough power to be a huge threat to the opponent. Then for the mill cost, give it something else.
