What comes to mind at first glance are the Raccoons. It's neat how it doesn't target, too, similar to Grand Mole. So it gets rid of stuff like Beelze and it's really neat against the Shaddoll boss monsters (except Nephilim) since it prevents them from getting their Shaddoll Fusion back. 

Then, because of its LIGHT attribute, I thought of Agent Venus and her Shine Balls, for what that's worth.

Really really really damn good.

That removal is a great counter to things AND it can use it twice AND until then you can't destroy it in battle.

2k ATK is also nice. 

I would say Racoons, and I still kind of do, except…they'd often rather be making their boss monster. Nonetheless, this is still pretty good.

As others have said, it looks really good. Getting a generic Rank2 with decent ATK is nice, and its effects make it even better. And yeah, it can become Susanowo, Kagutsuchi, Omega, etc. through Astral Force. I hope Rank2s soon get more monsters with advantageous Attribute/Types for power plays with Astral Force like a WATER/Aqua that supports Frogs and can evolve into S.H.Ark to steal up to 2 monsters.

At first glance, I thought, eh, this isn't quite a stellar R4.

 

Then I looked again and realized it's R2.

 

That is solid. I've had a problem with R2s lacking good offensive options, since their good ones have a tendency to need 3 materials or more. Turning 2 Balls into a 2000/0 temporarily-battle-indestructible beater is quite decent, especially if it comes with a non-targeting, non-destructive monster removal effect.
