Monarch King
Draw 2 cards, then banish 2 Spell/Trap cards from your hand, or, if you don't have any in your hand, shuffle all cards from your hand into the Deck. You can only activate 1 "Pot of Knavery" per turn. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activate this card.
Ryusei the Morning Star
It's a -1 that's more costly than allure.... No thanx
razzy
I'll be adding this to my mystical refpanel deck.
Sleepy
Just as said above, Mystical Refpanel is pretty much the only justification for this card. I guess also Diamond Dude makes it a +0, but that sounds pretty bad. You probably don't need the Special Summon restriction, btw. Its just overkill. It isn't needed to balance it out when you -1 yourself with it, and none of you are damaged or benefited from when the Refpanel combo happens. Overall I don't dislike the card though. It is the concept of thinning the deck without gaining advantage or breaking even, because there are so many generic "draw" cards that I actually am biased on my amusement looking at one that doesn't really follow the trend with the others. Toffee.
Considering Exodia is the only deck this will ever see play in, nobody is going to give a single f*** about the fact it's a -1; It thins the deck, so that's all that matters. As such, this is stupid BECAUSE Exodia still exists.
rydersilver
lol. if my opponent was playing exodia, id be happy if they had 3 of these in their deck. advantage is more important than thinning the deck..
Big Lez
its 2 banished spells for drawing 2 cards + shuffling cards to your deck (if you cant banish spells) + not being able to Special Summon.. that wouldnt even make sense in an Exodia Deck because the other Spells would still be better than this one. If there was a way to quickly recover the banished Spells this card would be damn good - any other way its just a Pot of Greed wih tons of Drawbacks that make it just useless
newhat
I don't think so. It lets you dig through your Deck for more options, but it's not always possible to resolve, it's a terrible topdeck, and in an aggressive Deck, if I had the choice between running this or Upstart, I'd choose Upstart. Unlike Allure and Sylvan Charity there's generally no way to use the cards you banish. If you drew 3 cards it would be "kind of usable" in Spellbooks.
