~British Soul~
If a "Frightfur" monster you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect: That monster is not destroyed, also it gains 800 ATK. discuss?
Atypical-Abbie
Decent enough I suppose, protection from Bottomless, Torrential and other things, though it requires a turn to get set up, so that's a bit annoying, perma boost is nice too. I dunno about this card, could be decent enough.
Slinky
so, this is what? like.. the third or fourth card that is a direct copy of one of Shuns cards?

I kind of think that is the whole point here. Either that, or they were just lazy.
Βyakuya
Lazy or not, it's still relevant about the fact Frightfurs are generally weak, and that 800 ATK boost makes a difference. Frightfur Wolf and Tiger as heavy beaters after escaping TT/BTH can be pretty formidable.
Toffee.
So it's like Lead Yoke in Trap form? K.
evilfusion
Not a card you'd ever run, because more generic options exist, but as an anime card, it is very potent.

Like what exactly? Looking on DN, the closest you'll get is Intrigue Shield.

Okay, so more generic things don't exist, but it doesn't seem like a card you'd make space for. Usually cards for defensive purposes have utility aside from that, such as Forbidden Lance to possibly affect battle outcomes, or Book of Moon...because it's Book of Moon. This is good as a defensive card, but it's still too conditional because it only protects Frightfurs.

Yeah, the space for it is problematic, it's also situational, it's slow, and it can easily get blown up.
Darj
I agree with Evilfusion here: Card is cute but since it only works on Frightfurs it is unreliable and until you actually Summon the Fusion the card will remain dead. It should be better to go for generic protection, backrow, etc. Concidentally, I did test a similar protection Trap in a custom archetype and, sure enough, I rarely used it effectively because it only protected the archetype Fusions, and it was not like the deck could continuously Summon them to make the Trap live. So, more or less the aforementioned comment comes from experience.
