~British Soul~
2 Level 7 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; take control of that monster. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. This card is gonna be an Ultimate in the new Astral pack, discuss?
heraldry_lord
Unlike his Rank 4 cousin, he managed to evade the banhammer. He's inherently a very good Xyz, and I still make use of him in DDs, but he's obviously not as useful in the meta as he used to be.

Sleepy
It is a nice touch that they added the no attack clause, otherwise the Big Eye wars of Dragon Rulers' format would hit for over 10,000 damage a turn. The card is definitely good, but it requires having ways to Summon it and not all decks can really go Rank 7. I think there's a way to Rank-up into this, but that's also jumping through hoops. The Warden
If it is a RUM, it would be Astral Force. And the premier target is C104, or Empress of Prophecy, but, I'm not sure if she's DARK. Either way, it'd be a waste of time as I'm sure we don't have a Rank 3 DARK Spellcaster (that I know of.) Armoire
The card is definitely good. And it is also quite potent, as we have seen during the Dragon Ruler/Spellbook format. The biggest reason that it is not played as much is most likely because not very many decks can spit out Level 7 monsters fast (or consistently) enough to make overwhelming uses of it in the game's current state. evilfusion
Big Eye was always amazing, but impractical outside of certain Decks. It was Dragon Rulers that made it so ridiculously powerful, and with their downfall, this card is not nearly as evil or easy to drop, and Drago-SAC is arguably better in many situations.
