Toffee.
If your Opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card(from your hand). You can Tribute this card: Special Summon 1 Level 8 DARK monster with 1000 or less ATK from your hand. This effect of "Catastrophe Agent" can only be activated once per turn. If this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard by the effect of a "Catastrophe" monster, you can Target 1 card on the field: Destroy it.You can reduce the Level of this card by exactly 4 (permanently), then Target 1 Level 4 DARK Warrior-Type monster with 1500 or less ATK in your Graveyard: Special Summon it in attack position, and make it's ATK and DEF 0. If you activate this effect, you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except "Catastrophe" monsters. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, you can add 1 "Catastrophe" card from your Deck to your hand.2 Level 4 DARK monstersIf this card is Special Summoned, except by it's own effect, and it doesn't have a "Catastrophe" monster attached to it as an Xyz Material, halve the ATK of this card. During your turn, you can Tribute this card: Add 1 "Inferno" Quick-Play Spell card from your Deck to your hand. If this card has a "Catastrophe" monster attached to it as an Xyz Material, it gains the following effect:@During either player's turn, you can detach all Xyz Materials from this card: During this turn, if this card is removed from the field, except by it's own effect: Special Summon this card. Banish this card during the End Phase of the turn you activated this effect. You can only activate 1 "Catastrophe Inferno" per turn. Select and activate 1 of the following:@Special Summon 1 "Catastrophe" monster from your hand.@Activate if you control a face-up "Catastrophe" monster. Target 1 monster you control and 1 card your Opponent controls: Destroy them. Then, draw 1 card.Fully aware of the fact Revenge-Eyes can search Inferno Reckless; That was literally on purpose.'Course, the idea sounds stupid on paper, but given the fact that Inferno is either used in gimmicky combos OR a move that can break even(sometimes net pluses/etc), giving Inferno Reckless a searcher just seems rather humorous for a concept. As for Black Hand... Basically it's just Nightmare Hand, but retooled to be more appropriate for Xyzs, since, you know, Xyzs and Dark Synchros are immune to level-related stuff, and have a darker border, etc.Plus, I left them relatively generic as to allow some freedom in terms of setting up plays/etc.
I Hate Snatch Steal
The first 2 (Agent and Black-hand) look solid and work well together as they were intended to. Not much else to say there apart from good Both are Mystic Tomato targets, so that's helpful. Revenge-Eyes is a good concept but could use a few small improvements. Letting you summon a 3000 ATK monster by using catastrophe monsters, which is a good play with Agent->Black Hand-> revive agent is good. Searching an "Inferno" quick-play spell could come in handy, especially if its a quick effect for your turn only which "During your turn" seemed to imply. If that was your intent please keep it that way. The only targets other than "Catastrophe Inferno" according to DN are are "Inferno Reckless Summon" and "Inferno Tempest". I think only the first would see use in a catastrophe deck. My only complaint is that Banish this card during the End Phase of the turn you activated this effect. cripples the last effect. I'm not sure if you meant banish it if you revive it successfully, or if you meant banish it if you activated the effect and it remained on the field that turn. Minor OCG fix: During either player's turn, you can detach all Xyz Materials from this card: During this turn, if this card is removed from leaves the field, except by it's own effect: Special Summon this card. Either way I think you should drop the banish at the End Phase because otherwise all reviving it does is slow your opponent down by a turn. Inferno is good. I like how you just have to control a "Catastrophe" monster instead of having to target one. The first option helps prevent it from being a good draw.
