Really can't say much here, aside from the fact that this is outclassed by every other burn card in existence.

For that matter, even Sparks outclasses it, and no one really uses that except in video games for that bonus.

 

Based on the name, one might think it'd do much more, but sadly this isn't the case.

 

A suggestion would be to add on an additional effect, so it's not going to end up as pack filler.

I give you a like since it made me laugh.

Though I have a suggestion to improve the card to at least casual level:

 

"If you Normal Summon a monster: You can add this card from your Graveyard to your hand."

 

That alone could be so much better. The fun of 100 to 300 damage (depending on how many stacking copies you use) it'd be random burn increased tremendously by Rapid Fire Magician, Dark Room of Nightmare, or just plain Spell Counter additions.

And it'd still be fairly controlled since it relies on Normal Summon and the only deck that can abuse the Normal Summon mechanic is Hunders, which doesn't even have a use for this card.
