Darj
This card feels too oppressive, even more than Midrash. If your opponent isn't running WINDs and doesn't draw/search for removal cards, game is basically yours. And if he/she manages to remove it, with the last effect could Summon a card such as Pirika, make a second copy of this and restore the lock. Then, the "If this card leaves the field" floating clause is too good and shouldn't be used in my opinion (to be fair, I did consider using it myself once on a card I made, but decided against it in the end). Sure, official cards such as Absolute Zero have it, but that doesn't make it fine to use it.

I may replace "If this card leaves the field" clause by "When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard", but I don't think that it would be that op since 2200 ATK is not something that would threaten your opponent, also, cards like "Breakthrough Skill", "Forbidden Chalice" or any other card would take care of it ... Darj
2200 ATK is difficult to get over when then opponent cannot Special Summon bigger monsters nor cannot destroy the lock by battle. Yes, most removal backrow can deal with it, but again, if the opponent doesn't search or draw into them, he/she will remain in a tight spot. Also, I will leave the classic "Not because a card can be countered, means it is balanced" argument.

Midrash is limited in the OCG. This is basically better than it in almost every aspect. Atleast Midrash lets you SS once and affects both players, princess is really pushing it. As for cards that would take care of it - that argument works for everything no matter how balanced / broken.. Maybe try "Your opponent cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck"? (brilliant Qliphort counter btw, still strong and bears heavy resemblance to Midrash without being obvious)

Ok, I think you both are right, so, the effect now should be like this: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WIND monstersCannot be destroyed by battle. Neither player can Special Summon monsters from their Extra Deck, except WIND monsters. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower WIND monster from your hand or Deck. or maybe I should just remove the Battle-Destruction Protection ?! Darj
The last version looks better now. It should be fine with the protection against battle destruction: It is still a strong lock, but now it won't hard-counter every non-WIND deck, plus it won't affect the upcoming archetypes Necloth, Yosenju and Spriti/Ritual Beasts, while the latter 2 cannot exactly abuse of this card because they don't main Tuners (they could always tech 1 or 2 for access to this, though). I think this version should be fine for TCG standards and may encourage the use of WIND decks in the competitive environment, and Konami loves pushing its new cards forward. I know, I mean I love playing with my Gusto Deck in YGO PRO, but if only KONAMI would give them more support !! and thanks for helping me improving this card, both of you ^^
