Ritual Beast Ulti-Gaiapelio

Wouldn't it make sense for Kerykeion to be their boss though? I know she isn't, but.... you know. She's kind of a Goddess.....

Uh... Kerykeion is male. I don't believe we've seen one indication it's female, and Naga is not a female exclusive term. In fact, Fire Emblem used Naga in the male sense for much longer than for a female.

I was going by Naga from Slayers and Reptalline Naga, both of which are female. I can see Kerykeion being either or, but I'm 99% sure Sombres is female, since she used to be Lazuli.

One thing I do like about this card is that it's essentially an upgraded Gaiastrallio. Same stats, and whilst both cost things from the hand (Gaia discards and this banishes), this can negate any effect whilst Gaia only negates stuff that targets 1 card.

When I first read this card, I thought it said "banish 1 from the graveyard" which is a fucking crazy effect.

Imagine if it could though, then yeah it would be crazy.

Once again, a reminder to keep things on-topic. Also, why do we keep talking about the gender of a piece of cardboard anyway?

To be fair this is YCM we're talking about here.

Is this card really worth the summon with its effect? I mean, yeah, negation is powerful and all, but you're just burning through your hand like crazy.
But that is my thought about this card, granted that I have absolutely no idea how Ritual Beasts play.

You can make it after u-kannahawk fills your hand up. Then you can Kannahawk more the next turn.

It'll have fodder long enough to win.

Rarely will you ever have to negate every effect your opponent uses. Negate the ones that generate resources or pose immediate threats.
