If you ever use that C39 effect, you can do like 5000 damage. Just add 2 ZWs and GG. I like that it even does it WHEN ATTACKED. ALSO Hurrah for easier Change Tactics triggers. evilfusion Posted January 17, 2015 Report Share Posted January 17, 2015 Ouch. Being able to be Summoned by using ANY Utopia is amazingly good. But as a downside, it cannot be used as Xyz Material for a Summon, so no Rank-Ups or Xyz Changes past this point. When it battles, it prevents opponent cards and effects from being used, and if you have a Utopia as Material, you can detach 1 and make it a 5000 beater for that battle (but only when it battles monsters). I'm a little sad over this meaning we won't get Shining Force, but not needing a RUM makes this thing so much better. Blake Posted January 17, 2015 Report Share Posted January 17, 2015 As happy as I am for Ghostricks, this really should require OG S39 for its rank up. This would mean that/reasons why it shluld require S39: Can't go over Utopia Beyond, meaning it's not a 2-card 2-ED slot investment to deal 5000 damage in anything R6, particularly Hieratics. Card isn't a 2-slot investment in general, but 3. This is a better design choice because it means you give up a significant chunk of your ED for a powerful 2-mat Armades. This makes it much less powerful due to needing too much dedication in general, but that makes it a better balance, considering its 5K for 3 battles or so as-is, and 4 or so the other way. iCherries Posted January 17, 2015 Report Share Posted January 17, 2015 I could see the 2-detach being the actual translation just to piss me off.The Xyz Change condition doesn't make sense though. The manga had it go up from Utopia Prime to this, and Prime is Rank 4. I know prints aren't going to follow exactly how it was done but usually cards like these fit those aesthic purpose.
