~British Soul~
Fiend/Pendulum/Effect Pendulum effect: Once per turn: You can pay 500 LP, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; it loses 500 ATK. Unless you have a "D/D" card in your other Pendulum Zone, this card's Pendulum Scale becomes 5.Monster effect: When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 face-up DARK Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your hand. The D/D monster in the JUMP poll made its debut here. Discuss?
Maeriberii Haan
Bad scale, bad stats, bad level, bad effects. DD kinda don't need this, though voting for it in JUMP -might- give konami incentive to print the rest of the DDDs here, if they didn't plan to already. heraldry_lord
I hope Chevalier showing up in the anime means we get to see Proud Ogre, Leonidas, Ragnarok and the rest of them eventually.

I actually did have the same thoughts when I saw this appearing.
Toffee.
Oh hey, it's that Proud D/D monster that isn't Ogre.
heraldry_lord
Oh hey, it's that Proud D/D monster that isn't Ogre. inb4 one day, Reiji decides to use Ogre as his high Pendulum Scale to keep his monsters around longer.
evilfusion
I'm getting mildly confused. Is D/D (with the slash) the TCG name for the archetype? Or is that something just certain people have taken to doing?

So...how are DDDs written? They have to still qualify as D/Ds. D/D/D? DD/D? D/DD? Oh my god, this hurts.

We don't know yet, none of them have been announced in the TCG. I'm thinking D/D/D. Anyway, Chevalier is pretty meh, and is only gonna be useful if Tell ends up worth playing in the OCG. Blake
If its level didn't suck it could be used to get back Keplers, Odd-Eyes, Leonidases, and such .~.I also like D/D.
goddamnit names are a pain
D/D sounds like such an innuendo. D slash D and then it becomes a threesome with D slash D slash D But yes, this card sucks. For literally all of the reasons above. At least it's a Pendulum though, it would literally be worthless if it wasn't.
newhat
This guy looks cool but he's so awkward to Normal Summon, awkward to Pendulum Summon, awkward to attack with and awkward to set up. I feel like some obscure Japanese player is going to win JUMP with 3 of them, plotting several turns in advance so he always gets exactly what he needs with its effect.
