shadychaosblack
Scrap Resurrecter
This card can be Special Summon from you Hand to your side of the field, If an effect of a "Scrap" monster is activated, If this card is Special Summoned by this way, it gains the following effect, Once per turn, you can target 1 "Scrap" monster you control and target 1 "Scrap" monster in your graveyard with the same level; Special Summon target, then destroy the first target. If this card is destroyed by the effect of a "Scrap" card and sent to the Graveyard, you can select 1 "Scrap" monster in your Graveyard, except "Scrap Ressurrecter" and add it to your hand.
Scrap Tamer
1 "Scrap Tuner" + 1 non "Scrap" monster When this card is Synchro Summoned, Add 1 "ScrapStorm" from you Deck or Graveyard to your Hand. Once per turn, you can target 1 "Scrap" monster you control; Destroy that target and if you do, Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower "Scrap" monster in your graveyard to your side of the field. When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) and sent to the Graveyard, select 1 non-Synchro "Scrap" monster in your Banished and Special Summon it. AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
So, for the first one, it just plops itself on the field in response to Chimera SSing, Golem's SSing, Orthros's destruction effect, or either Dragon's effect? Sounds a little toss-happy, but ok. It looks like this will either serve as destruction fodder for either Dragon to instantly recycle Chimera or to turn Chimera's Dragon play into a whole Rank 8 combo (their extra doesn't have much room for this, though, so it might just be Felgrand). This isn't even including the resurrection effect, which I feel has a secret complex combo to loop itself somehow. Either way, adding a "This effect of "Scrap Resurrecter can only be activated once per turn" will prevent the possibility of that without hurting the card. So, in combination with Chimera or Golem, you can use this to pop Beast/Orthros for another for a random recycle. In Golem's case, you could pop Golem itself after the SS for another, and if your Grave it set enough, you can go into Twin Drag (Golem+Beast) and Star Eater (Goblin+this,) or just leave these two as Twin fodder. By comboing this with either Dragon, their effect would have already gone off, so it couldn't be fodder, but it's really likely you can SS this before then. In the case of Scrap Dragon, it can still function as the way into a Rank 8. It's really hard to judge this card because of all of the different interactions it has, and it is usually impossible to tell how playable a card is on paper alone, so I can't tell how often this would be a dead draw. Nor can I tell exactly how much further this would take their combos, but I have a feeling that it + your Chimera play while Scrap Factory is out might be doing too much for one turn to be healthy. Or this with Scrap Factory in general. Tamer, on the other hand, is practically unplayable. By being Level 5 and requiring all of your materials to be Scraps, you're forced to run terrible choices in order to even Summon it. Well, Searcher has some evil applications, and Mind Reader would be ok if you could play it in the MP1. The Scrapstorm search is nice, but the "destroy and SS" effect seems a little Scrap-specific, as opposed to their Dragons. Anyway, Special Summoning your Level 4 or lower monsters isn't very useful unless you can get a Normal Summon to turn it into one of your Dragons or some other ED play. If not, then Goblin would be a silly choice for being a semi-Marshmallon. The last effect is drop-dead useless unless you're running Redox, and even then, you'd have to take out of revival targets for your other bosses for this. Otherwise, the only times you'll have a banished Scrap is Mind Reader (which will probably die the turn it comes back) or something that was banished with BTH/D-Pris (in most cases these will be used on one of your Synchros or a non-Scrap monster). You can either raise this card's Level to 7-9 (and buff its ATK accordingly) or loosen up on the Material requirements enough for you to possibly make this with Beast/Goblin + Scapegoat Tokens (the first one would help a lot more, but maybe you want to keep this as Level 5). As I pointed out, for the "kill 1, SS a Level 4- Scrap" effect, needing to kill a Scrap specifically, while beneficial, would be better off if you could just pop any of your cards instead. As for the floating effect, since banishment is not a part of the Scraps' agenda in the slightest, you could rework this to be like the Dragons' floating effect. Toffee.
Resurrecter is basically useless; At most, it's just a Reborn for Dragon or some ghetto way to swap Beast/etc for Chimera. Plus, the 2400 isn't that impressive for a rather random monster in general. And even if you intend to use it for Rank 8s with said Dragon; That's just a waste, since Dragon becomes useless as a Material. So as a whole, Resurrector isn't that impressive. Tamer needs a Scrap Tuner and a Scrap non-Tuner, for a Level 5. So this is, what, Chimera + useless Mind Reader or Beast + useless Searcher? Both of those plays are horribly inconsistent for different reasons. Upon being played, you can recover a Storm; You could honestly buff this to letting it grab any Scrap Spell/Trap, because of how idiotically hard it is to play this card. Speaking of which, why the hell does it Special Summon Scrap monsters that are Banished? When the hell would you ever, realistically, Banish your Scrap monsters? I mean, sure, Guts of Steel(awful), Redox, etc. could do it, but even then, you wouldn't really think twice because you are given free control over what you would Banish in the first place. Add to it, Scraps don't even care/even bother to touch the Banish zone, so that part of the effect is flat-out useless. 'Course, the only good point about Tamer is the fact it- Wait. no. This is the same weird effect that Resurrector has, except it's even weaker, and on a more awkward body. Tamer is just useless.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Actually, tamer requires a non-scrap monster. This means it is summonable with Scrap Beast and Fincess, or Scrap Beast and Granel. As a matter of fact, the wording is like Gottoms, so even veiler could be used as the second material. Even so, the fact it cannot bring back golem makes it nearly unplayable.

The point is just that the deck could technically already summon it with what it has. Far from worth it, though. If this were level 7, with a stat boost, and not!bizarre materials, and could bring back level 5 monsters.... Then I would really like it. I feel like the first card is mistyped, so I will refrain from commenting on it.
