2 "Masked HERO" monsters
(This card is always treated as an "Elemental HERO" card.)
Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. While face-up on the field, this card is also LIGHT-Attribute. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 face-up card on the field; negate that target's effects until the end of this turn.

 

I'd tech it. There's enough extra deck space for it, tbh.

It doesn't do enough, honestly. Negating 1 card a turn is way too little if 2 Mask Changes have failed to win you the game.

 

Unfortunately, this.

 

Unless we see some retrained versions of those Manga Vanillas, this will never see legitimate competitive play.

I mean, you Summon this with Miracle Fusion, right? You aren't actually polying two Masked Heros into it. 

That's the idea, since it counts as an E HERO at all times.

 

I like this as a tech simply because of it's effect, and it's a 3k beater. I mean, it can negate spells and traps too, you know.

Just use the effect of "Zaborg, the Mega Monarch" (or "Gale Dogra"/"Nekroz Kaleidomirror" I guess) to get the required Materials in the Graveyard. Then use "Miracle Fusion" to summon this. Unfortunatly this combo might be a little bit inconsistent.

card is really meh but yes space exists for it and if you somehow don't OTK with all of the mask/form change battle phase shenanigans, i suppose you could use this

during either player's turn is nice

Who said anything about a "HERO" deck? But yeah... the combo is just silly and better suited for casual play. So it should not actually be taken too serious, something which I might have needed to express some more.

 

Being able to negate effects during either player's turn is nice; essentially a 'free' Counter Trap (bar the Spell Speed) every turn. Though it possibly won't do much against Trains and Qliphort, considering their fondness of "Skill Drain".

My only issues with this card playing with Fusion/Mask HERO variant is that unless you can get the Masked HERO's either on field and/or in grave its very difficult to set up, plus half of the time you would mostly want to use Miracle for the Omni HERO's like Shining and Absolute Zero.

If it were a "Elemental HERO" Fusion Monster + "Masked HERO" Fusion Monster I would see more playability in this (alsong with it being a proper Contrast HERO by that standard of Mixing 2 HERO Archetypes into one.)
