Elemental HERO Gust [Redesigned Masked HERO Gust]

(This card is always treated as a "Masked HERO" Card.)
When this card is Normal Summoned: you can add 1 "Mask Change" from your Deck to your hand. If this card was used as a Fusion Material for a "Elemental HERO" Fusion Monster: you can target 1 card on your opponents side: shuffle that card into the owners deck. You can only activate one of "Elemental HERO Gust" effects once per turn and only once that turn.

The few idea's I had around this card are...

- It act as a Masked HERO version of Blazeman only adding the basic Mask Change from your deck to your hand.
- Make Contrast HERO Chaos a little easier to summon since I feel getting 2 Fusion Masked HERO's and fusing them either with poly or miracle a little bit of a challenge.
- If used in Poly HERO's give it a decent Fusion related effect if used as a material.

At least this card makes going into Divine Wind a lot easier (or any other Masked HERO), especially since the only easily accessible targets from Main Deck right now are Stratos and Avian; former of which is banned here in the TCG, and latter was included in SD27 TCG just for this. Flavor-wise, this is the NS-version of Shadow Mist and all.

 

In terms of its secondary effect, I would change it to target the card you're going to bounce.

Referring to the guide at the top of this section, if you're going to remove cards on the field; they should be targeting effects, so opponent can chain.

 

Though unlike said example card, the effect can be negated; so suppose it should be okay; though best to err on the side of caution.

 

As for its first clause, it makes Chaos easier to summon, yes. I've been testing the new Masked HEROs on YGOPro, and yeah getting two of them out is generally a pain in the ass.

Overall, I do like the card.

 

Now if only Konami released the Main Deck ones, or designed a new WIND Elemental HERO to make up for Stratos getting banned. (Aside from some Jaden fanboy Decks that use the specific Fusions, who uses Avian nowadays?)

Well, Sakura basicly said I wanted say, but better.  I like how it makes going into higher cards easier.  And it's a good breath of air for the HERO cards.  Not sure if anyone uses HEROs in competitions anymore, but maybe I've just not encountered one.  Jaden Yugi was one of my favorite characters, so hope Konami keeps Jaden's archtype alive (don't want it going the way of the amazoness)

Though I recall someone used them for a regionals or something either last year or in 2013; basically a Bubbleman thing or something.

 

That being said, Shaddoll HEROs (with Dark Law and stuff) are common lately from what I've noticed, so the possibility is there.

True as am looking forward to blazeman and hope we get a new OCG exclusive HERO since Masked HERO Anki in the new HERO collection totals 13 so 1 new E-HERO/Masked HERO may be on the way as well in crossover souls. Like how we got Core then followed by Blazeman.

Ok, so it wasn't only me who has encountered this strange bubbleman deck?  Whew, was worried that this guy had gone crazy.  I have hope for HEROs as long as Konami is updating them.

The Bubbleman deck was bubblebeat if am correct which used Xzy's to their advantage with Excalibur and Blade Armour Ninja if am correct during that year.
