Quick card I thought up to start stacking the U.A. plays.

U.A. Manager
Earth / LVL 1
Warrior / Tuner / Effect
If this card is returned to the hand for the Special Summon of a "U.A." monster: You can add 1 U.A. Spell Card from your Deck to your hand.
ATK: 300 DEF: 500

It's odd to have a U.A. without sharing that bounce swap effect, but Manager being a tuner makes a little more sense. However, from what I've seen of the deck, they don't rely on Synchro plays, instead focusing on Turnover Tactcs shenanigans. The U.A. spell search is a welcome addition to their line-up, but, like I mentioned before, that lack of the bounce really kills it.

(Small OCG fixes, but above is more/less correct)

Technically speaking, they generally use Striker (and I mean the T.G. one) to make Level 7 plays if they ever Synchro; but most of the time, UAs don't use the Extra Deck.

I play U.As and basically, Extra Deck is minimalistic in this case (except for some general Rank 5s).

Granted, you can use this to search Stadium faster (or Jersey/Turnover), but basically eats up your Normal Summon for the turn and doesn't go well with the flavor.

Though, at least this is still a NS-able option like Midfielder in the event that you need to start the play up, and still triggers off Stadium's thing.

In terms of Turnover Tactics, people said that it tends to clog in multiple copies; hence only 1 copy.

(That's the impression I got when I posted my RL build a month or so ago; and testing did show that at times)

---

Then again, they are getting more support in TCG CROS, so...

Yeah, the fact that it is a tuner was more a secondary thing to give them more options for ex deck plays, though I know they don't really use it.

As for the lack of bounce effect, I wanted it to fit more flavor-wise. Managers aren't players, they don't go on the field, but they do the behind-the-scenes stuff, hence what they search.
